2. Services Offered

Seven Bridges Auto Repairing Garage provides a comprehensive range of auto repair services including mechanical repairs, electrical diagnostics, denting and bodywork, painting services, AC works, and computer diagnostics. We service all vehicle makes and models including Japanese, Korean, American, and European vehicles. Our dealer-experienced mechanics perform repairs using high-quality parts and manufacturer-standard procedures with no compromise on your safety.

3. Appointment and Service Estimates

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone at +971 4 556 6778, or by visiting our garage in Al Qusais Industrial Area. We provide free initial inspections and written estimates before commencing any repair work. Estimates are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Any additional work discovered during the repair process will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding. We believe in transparency — you will never be charged for unauthorized work.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Parts and labor costs are itemized separately in your invoice. Payment is due upon completion of services and before vehicle release. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For insurance-assisted repairs, payment terms may vary based on your insurance provider's policies. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised at the time of vehicle pickup.

5. Warranty Policy

We stand behind our workmanship with comprehensive warranties on all repairs. Warranty periods vary by service type:

• Mechanical Repairs: 6 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first)
• Electrical Diagnostics: 3 months warranty on repairs
• Denting & Bodywork: 12 months on workmanship
• Painting Services: 12 months on paint workmanship
• AC Works: 6 months on repairs and parts
• Computer Diagnostics: 3 months on diagnosis-related repairs

Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by us. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To claim warranty, please return your vehicle to our Al Qusais garage with the original invoice. Warranty claims will be assessed and addressed promptly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure your safety and the quality of our work, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about vehicle issues and service history
• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments or providing 24-hour notice for cancellations
• Authorizing repairs before work commences
• Reviewing and understanding the warranty terms
• Following recommended maintenance schedules for your vehicle

7. Vehicle Pickup and Storage

Completed repairs must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Vehicles not picked up within 14 days may incur storage fees of AED 50 per day. We are not responsible for damage caused by events beyond our control (fire, theft, natural disasters) to vehicles stored beyond the agreed pickup date. Vehicles requiring parts on backorder will be communicated with updates and expected completion dates.

8. Parts and Materials

We use high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and genuine parts for all repairs. In some cases, we may offer alternative quality parts at different price points with your consent. All parts used are sourced from reputable suppliers and come with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Replaced parts may be retained for 7 days after repair for customer inspection upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Bridges Auto Repairing Garage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We do not accept liability for pre-existing conditions discovered during repair or for damage caused by continued operation of a vehicle after known issues are identified.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of AED 100. If you are not satisfied with completed work, please notify us within 7 days so we can address your concerns. Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis and require inspection of the vehicle. Parts that have been installed cannot be refunded but are covered under warranty for defects.
